Terms & Conditions – Toyota Opt-In Prize draw
1. Promoter
The promoter of this giveaway is Michael Debono Ltd. located at Toyota Showroom, Mdina Road, Zebbug, hereinafter referred to as the “Promoter.”
2. Eligibility
– The giveaway is open to residents of Malta, aged 18 years or older at the time of entry.
– Employees of Debono Group, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising agencies, suppliers, and their immediate family members (spouses, parents, siblings, or children) are not eligible to participate.
– Participants must opt in to receive marketing communications via the official entry form to qualify.
– The giveaway is subject to all applicable Maltese laws and regulations.
3. Entry Period & Prize Draw
– The Prize draw will happen on 12th of March 2025.
– Any entries received after the 9th of March will not be considered.
4. How to Enter
– To enter, participants must opt in to receive marketing communications from the Promoter by submitting their details via the designated online form.
– Only one entry per person is permitted.
– No purchase is necessary to enter or win.
– Entering a mobile phone number will double the chances for a participant to win
5. Prizes
The giveaway consists of the following prizes:
🏆 Grand Prize: 1x €1,000 discount on a new Toyota purchase.
🏆 Additional Prizes: 1x Free car service and official Toyota merchandise.
– The €1,000 discount is applicable only on a new car purchase and cannot be transferred [unless reasonable reason is communicated) or exchanged for cash. Discount must be redeemed by 31st December 2025
– The free car services are subject to availability and must be redeemed within 11 months at Toyota Malta.
– Toyota merchandise is non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be exchanged for cash.
6. Winner Selection & Notification
– Winners will be randomly selected from all eligible entries using a computer-generated selection process.
– The draw will take place on 12th of March at Michael Debono Ltd.
– Winners will be notified via email and/or phone within 3 working days after the draw.
– Winners must confirm acceptance of the prize within 7 working days from the notification date. Failure to do so will result in forfeiture of the prize, and an alternate winner may be selected.
– The Promoter’s decision is final and binding, and no correspondence will be entered into.
7. Publicity & Consent
– By participating, winners agree to allow Michael Debono Ltd. to use their name, image, and prize details for promotional purposes without additional compensation, except where prohibited by law.
– Any promotional content will comply with Malta’s Data Protection Act (Cap. 586) and GDPR regulations.
8. Data Protection & Privacy
– All personal data provided will be processed in accordance with GDPR (Regulation (EU) 2016/679) and the Maltese Data Protection Act (Cap. 586).
– Personal information will be used solely for the purposes of this giveaway and will not be shared with third parties without explicit consent.
– Participants may withdraw consent and opt out of marketing communications at any time by clicking the “unsubscribe” link in promotional emails or contacting [Your Dealership’s Contact Info].
9. Limitation of Liability
– The Promoter is not responsible for any lost, late, misdirected, incomplete, or corrupted entries due to technical issues, network failures, or other unforeseen circumstances.
– The Promoter reserves the right to cancel, modify, or suspend the giveaway in cases of force majeure, fraud, or any other event beyond its control.
10. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
– These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malta.
– Any disputes arising in connection with this giveaway shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Malta.
