Michael Debono Limited is seeking to recruit a Sales Executive to further strengthen its sales team within the commercial business.
Michael Debono Limited forms part of Debono Group, a long established multifaceted group of companies whose primary aim is to achieve business growth through innovation. Debono Group is also well renowned in the market for Storage Systems Limited, a one-stop shop for shelving and storage solutions in Malta and internationally.
Reporting to the Team Lead, the sales executive will be responsible for creating a pipeline of target commercial customers and develop hunting strategies to acquire new customers through the provision of solutions which make financial and strategic sense to the target customer. The sales executive shall extend the existing B2B client portfolio and retention rates by means of solid account management. The sales executive will also be highly involved in recommendations for marketing campaigns to attract target customer niches.
The selected candidate shall possess a minimum of 2 years’ experience in a lead generation role, ideally in the B2B sector, effective communication and negotiation skills as well as able to close deals. The appointed individual will also be IT proficient and demonstrate confidence in the product and services provided by the company.
The Sales Executive will be required to work on full-time, permanent basis.
